I have now used more different shaped objects such as plates
and bottles to create repetitive patterns. I have done these with acrylic paint
to make a bold and textured impact. I still haven’t been working in the
printing room because I want to keep them quite basic and simple. I have also still been collecting my rubbings
this week collecting things that I found only within my flat. This is where I
found the objects that I wanted to do the repetitive patterns with, as well as
glasses and bottles I also used shoes and cutlery. I then did prints on tissue
of a mug with tea in that had spilt I really like the way that when dry there
is only a really faint pattern and you can’t identify what the object is.
